I went into this purchase skeptical simply because we had previously bought a coffee table from amazon that was impossible to assemble and we wound up having to throw it away and couldn’t get a refund so I made sure to read the reviews on this one and really make sure I was buying something worth my money. This was a breeze to assemble. I’m a small woman and I could have easily done this alone but my boyfriend helped and it cut the assembly time in half I bet. We had this built and ready before a football game was on so we got to enjoy the game with our new entertainment center. The one downside is that the cabinets are obviously wood doors so you can’t keep them closed and play an xbox at the same time like you could with a glass cabinet door. Was looking for something low profile for new place, this was a perfect match. Accommodates a very large stereo receiver in the middle compartment and has plenty of storage. I do notice some bowing in the middle given the placement of my tv stand but it is not really a deal breaker for me. Overall would recommend! ... show more

You can't really do better than this. I cant stand putting these things together. They are frustrating, sometimes the parts/pieces don't align correctly, and you are left with a 'well... ****' thought. How the particleboard survives in the long run is a question (after all it is particleboard), but the quality of the pieces, how the engineering and design was done GREATLY exceeds expectations. They even threw in little felt pads for the bottom of the legs (no one does that nowadays). They went above and beyond to make this a great product with the little things. ... show more

The alignment for some of the screws are slightly off. Not real wood but looks nice. Good value for money. Tv is 55” for reference
