Put this together by myself in about an hour. No missing parts or damage. I was slightly disappointed but not surprised that this thing involved cam locks. For the price it's expected, but I hate the things. The ones included are decent quality, none broke and they provided extras. It was fairly easy to put together, just big so it takes a lot of rotating and moving. I was afraid it wouldn't be study, but once together it's quite strong. The doors line up well with the magnets and the shelves sit evenly. Took about an hour to put together. I also had issues with the back piece. You don't know it's on backwards until it's already to late to fix it. All in all it's sturdy and gets the job so i can't complain.

The media could not be loaded. Affordable TV stand, that when assembled properly is sturdy and gets the job done. My husband is a handyman, so it only took him about an hour to assemble. He agrees with the reviewers who say the design is a little wacky and more complex than it needs to be. He made a mistake with the back piece and put it on backward- and once applied cannot be removed and reversed. This didn't affect the functionality, only the esthetics. The overall attention quality of the product leaves something to be desired. Some of the holes aren't exactly in the right place so the shelves don't align correctly. If you aren't a handy person, this can be problematic. Ours also came with some damage - the box looked like it came though a war From THE FACTORY (NOT THE MAIL) based on the type of tape that was used on thr damage spots. The type of packaging was AWFUL and does nothing to protect it in shipping. Complaints aside, once assembled it looks great and I actually think it'd going to last a long time. It also accommodate a lot of stuff. I put our huge TV, 3 Switch's, 2 WIIs, an Xbox, a Nintendo, Blu-ray, all our games and controllers neatly. I hate clutter and I think it looks nice. There's even clearance underneath for our Wiifit board. I also love the color- which is the perfect in-between charcoal and black so it matches all my furniture. ... show more

I am very impressed with this TV/media stand. It was packed very well and no parts were damaged in transit. I have assembled several of these types of “Adult Lego Furniture” in the past. Some turned out great like this one, and some I instantly regretted buying. I took my time and followed the IKEA style directions very closely. Unpacking, sorting, and assembly took me just about 2 hours. The wood material is particle board, so I used no power tools while assembling this TV stand. Having access to a multi bit screwdriver helped as final steps were easier to complete using that instead of the included allen wrench. There are several leftover screws and anchors so don’t worry if you have leftover hardware. I’m always hesitant to pull the trigger on these types of items. Everything from packaging, to the driver delivering the package, and your assembly plan can really affect the final product. After reading all of the reviews I hesitantly clicked the purchase button and I’m happy I did. This is a quality piece of “you-assemble furniture” that looks great in my family room. ... show more

We love this entertainment center, it works great with our living room and it's surprisingl good quality and sturdy for the price. I was a little iffy, it seemed to cheap to me, but so far so good! My only complaint, and the reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact that the knobs weren't great. The part you screw in was too short and the screws were too short as well. Product was received in excellent condition. No scratches. Had plenty of extra pieces (no issue). It took my boyfriend 1 hour and 1/2 to assemble it. Pictures enclosed.
