It is SO SMALL! I mean, unbelievably small! The jacket doesn’t go around to the front of my body. The tank top would fit a 9 year old. I am not exaggerating! And perhaps the most strange thing about the set is that the length of the pants are probably 10 inches too long for me. I was stunned at how long the pants are. Perhaps they should use some of that material to make the set the actual size it should be, I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to in this case. I would definitely not recommend this set to anyone.

Soooo comfy, soft, fluffy, quality is great, expansion was quickly once unboxed ( I just pushed the filling apart so it can expand ) and its was well packaged. It was heavy when it was boxed, and it is heavy to hall around but it does have handles on the side. The size is BIG! Color is soft grey. I absolutely love it and I love to snuggle up in it.

oh my gosh thought this was going to be smaller than it is, but its this huge comfortable cosy bean bag chair, my son who is 5 uses it as a crash pad, a snuggle bag, we both can sit on it together and chat away. Its fantastic!!! So happy with it.

The chair/bed are nice and big. However the outer cover which has a zipper broke within a a few uses (days), now I can’t make it a chair. I tried to reach customer support a few times within a few weeks of receiving to get a replacement case with no response at all. (Update) Customer support was useless they waited until Amazon policy was out of range (30 days) to respond they refused to replace the covers and used AI to auto respond “Talk to Amazon” They refuse to help and now my only option is to eat this cost and throw away the chairs. Spend a little more money on a better product like corduroy. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I became an added statistic to the broken zipper. But first, the good parts-The chair arrives super compacted. So as soon as you cut the packaging, get ready for it to begin to expand. Waiting the 48 hours for all the foam to expand was probably the most difficult part of the whole process. Or, maybe getting it down the hallway after expansion. Haha. So, there really isn't anything difficult at all about setting it up at all. The expanded bean bag all laid out is a fantastic size. The fabric is super soft and snuggly to lie on. So we used the chair in the lay flat and then we were ready to place it into its sack. It really fit well. It took two of us working together, with limited effort to get it inside the sack. However, even though we had plenty of room around the sack and the zipper was not stressed to close, it immediately split on the first go to close the zipper. Ugh! Unfortunately, this is a 3rd party seller, but good news, Amazon is sending a replacement! Bad news, there is no box readily available that can now fit this sprawling floppy monster into. I thought I could shove it into a construction bag to ship back, but cannot. So, now I have 2 of these. I will let you know if the zipper breaks on the second bag.
