Worked great the first time using. After that my laser cuts in and out while trying to complete work and makes random lines in everything I try to print. It was great when worked. But laser did not last long at all.

I've learned a lot about these engravers in a short amount of time. Two things right up front. Ventilation and an air blower! I purchased an add-on air blower for this unit because while it works without one, the finished results seem to be so much better. The odor can be a bit much if you don't have good ventilation. I made a makeshift cover for it out of a cardboard box with a rough hinge and a plastic taped-on viewing window. From there I wired a small 120MM PC fan to the side of the box and ran an extra piece of clothing dryer hose out the window from the box. It sure looks slapdash but I can't smell it in use anymore and that's what matters. The engraver works great. I've already used it on a couple of different pieces with great results. Get ready to spend some time learning the software. For now, I am using some free software but I see a time soon I'll probably just purchase software for it so I'll get a lot more features. This isn't a jump in and win type of product but give it the time it deserves and it's a great item to have around.

The 'Wizmaker L1 Laser Engraver' we recently received is a powerful, versatile machine that can be used for a variety of projects. Its 20 Watts of output power is enough to cut through a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, leather, and some metals. In addition it comes with a dust blower, which helps to keep the work area clean and free of smoke. One of the things we like most is how easy the Wizmaker L1 is to use. The included software is user-friendly and makes creating and editing designs extremely easy. This laser engraver comes with a variety of pre-made designs that you can use, if you wish, as starting points for your own design projects. The results we've had using the Wizmaker L1 have been impressive. We've created some really beautiful and intricate designs, and we'll use this machine to create more amazing projects in the future. If a powerful and versatile laser engraver is something you've considered owning, a machine that's really easy to use, we highly recommend the Wizmaker L1. It's a great investment for anyone who'd like to get really creative with custom laser engraving..

This engraver is incredible!! I can't believe how many things you can do with it. It was super easy to assemble and get calibrated. The learning curve is a little steep starting out, but manageable, and totally worth the effort!! The level of detail you can get out of this entry level laser is shocking. I want to give it more but 10/10
