I ordered the size specified by the chart but it apparently doesn’t account for large calves especially if there is any additional swelling. Doesn’t seem to offer much support for an injury, might work well to prevent injury during running or sports. Hopefully it will work well enough to get through vacation. ... show more

I severely sprained my ankle 3 months ago with completely torn lateral ligaments. It is still incredibly unstable and I’m having to use a cane. The splints in this brace really help. It was immediately less wobbly + painful. I didn’t know what to expect with the arch support but it is brilliant. It helps considerably. I usually wear an expensive custom made brace the supports my drop foot, calf and ankle.This works just as well if I want to wear something other than too large sneakers. Also use it at nite…. Thanks for an excellent product.

Ankle brace was great. I went from cast to the boot, then I ordered this. Doc was quite impressed. It is comfortable it has braces on the side of it I will order this again. Everybody should have 1 of these.

Have tried similar. Either so tight couldn’t get them on, or they caused my calf to swell. This one is snug getting on, but manageable. Doesn’t irritate my skin. It could be a tad more supportive around ankle / heel but I wear it with my tennis shoes and it does help.
