Great pillows! They fit our daughters pillow cases perfectly. We loved that that were adjustable, which was the main selling point for us. If you like a nice firm pillow you can leave them as is or if you want a pillow that's a bit softer all you have to do is take some of the foam out. We didn't notice any odd odor or smell, they just had the new smell which was good. To fluff them up a little faster just toss them in the dryer on low heat or tumble dry and the fluff up within a few minutes. The only thing I wish these pillows had included is a storage bag or something to put the extra filling in for people that need to take some out to adjust the pillows. We had to use a grocery bag. All in all the pillows are holding up well so far and we've had no issues with them.

I have been through six different pillows in the past year (if not more) trying to find something that wouldn’t upset my neck and worsen my migraines, all to no avail. When I stumbled across these, I wasn’t exactly holding my breath regarding their promise of comfort, use for side/back/and stomach sleepers, nor their claim of cooling properties—especially when every other pillow I tried made the same claim. For once, I was gladly wrong! These pillows allow me to sleep on my side or stomach, flattening out but maintaining comfort if I’m on my stomach or providing adequate neck support for my neck while sleeping on my side. They rebound to their original shape no matter how I sleep and they are truly cooling, leaving me to never feel overheated. The king size pillows are true kings, fitting nicely in my pillowcases without leaving gaps, which is always important for somebody like me who makes their bed daily and gets frustrated by pillowcases that sag because of poor quality pillows. If you’re looking for support and comfort while you sleep, look no further.

Update: the smell did eventually fully dissipate maybe after 2-3 days? Absolutely within a week. My young daughter LOVES this pillow. I think she’s had it for over a year now, and it’s still holding up well and not having flat spots or anything. I did end up getting a pillow protector from Walmart (brand: mainstays. Type: “microfiber pillow protector”. Size: S/Q zippered. As of 2024, the packaging cardboard is white at the top and purple at the bottom.) Anyways, the reason I provide all that info is because it is NOT a noisy protector like many that make it sound crinkly when you lay on it. I had to return a few crinkly ones. I think the waterproof ones are the crinkly ones. This one works well as the middle protector in between the two that come on the pillow. So I have first the included one that contains the foam, then the Walmart protector one, then the included white/blue cooling one, and lastly a pink zippered double sided pillowcase that is also part cooling and part more cooling. (The pink one is from Amazon and I aligned the solid pink cool side with the white side of the white/blue case and aligned the pink heathered colder side with the blue colder side. In update summary: LOVE and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. * Just make sure you don’t need to use it immediately that you have the time to air it out. (Pictures are after I removed the foam I didn’t need. I put a 6oz sunscreen spray bottle in the one picture for reference of how tall the pillow is after removing ABOUT 1/4th the foam). No extra foam included, but they are overly-filled with foam so they are quite thick and firm. I got it for my 4 year old and had to remove 3 gallon-sized ziplock bags worth - probably about 1/4th of the foam to get it thinner and safer for my young child. They were fully to size within maybe a few hours. They do come with a pretty strong smell - I haven’t tried the drier option yet; if they still smell strong tomorrow after 24 hours of airing out, then I’ll try the dryer option. They are very soft fabrics and soft squishy foam (the more foam you leave in, the firmer it is and the more you take out, the squishier it is). It does come with two zip pillowcases. The first one contains all the purple foam and is seemingly a basic zippered pillowcase. The 2nd one is the outer white/blue zippered casing that goes over the 1st casing. The 2nd casing is the soft/cooling one you see in the pictures and description. The white side is extra soft and the blue side is noticeably cooling (still soft but more of a slick soft vs the white is more plush soft) Things I would change: - less smell (I don’t mind that there is some smell initially, but it’s taking longer to dissipate than preferred and it is pretty strong) - wish it came with a large sealable bag to put the extra foam in for people that don’t want that thick or firm of a pillow. I used 3 gallon sized ziplock bags to remove estimated 1/4th of the foam best guess. Not absolutely necessary, but would be a nice touch. - maybe I missed the info, but I wish either the inner or the outer pillowcase was a ‘protector’ as in: waterproof, hypoallergenic, bedbug & dust mite protection. I’m probably going to order a true protector, remove the 2nd outer cooling casing, put on the actual protector, and then put the cooling cover on as a 3rd casing. I feel silly maybe having so many casings but the 1st is important to contain the foam, 2nd to protect the pillow, & 3rd to have the cooling & softness features. 🤷🏻♀️ it is what it is I guess.

I have literally had a crick in my neck for 4 months. If I sleep without my neck pillow, it gets worse, and I can barely move my head the next day. I bought these pillows simply because I needed some new ones for my bed. They were so comfortable that I decided to try sleeping on one without using my neck pillow. The next morning, I woke up with no crick in my neck. No neck pain whatsoever, and I have not had any neck pain since. These pillows are perfect in every way, soft yet firm, and the cooling effect is awesome. Will be buying more for every bed in the house.

First couple uses they cool amazingly well. That is gone really quick. Best feature is being able to remove stuffing to your personal softness or stiffness. They come shipped in a vacuum bag. Let them inflate, starts out pretty stiff. Want it softer, open it up and remove some stuffing.

Fantastic pillows. Very firm. Not sure why some of the 1 star ratings about the pillows being "hard" came as a shock to them. It clearly says, "high density foam"..aka, FIRM. These are the best pillows I have ever found and I have tried dozens and dozens of kinds. This one lasts. I used to have to buy pillows every few months because they lost their support. These last for almost 2 years before needing replaced. Definitely worth the price. Buy extra and store them for later. I just changed my pillows I bought on October 17th, 2023.
