We purchased just one to test it. I fell in love with it! took my pillows away and used only the Wise Owl pillow for sleeping. I used it all night...no neck problems...did not flatten out...and stayed where and how I positioned it throughout the night like my regular bed pillows. I used it at my recliner just to see if I got tired of it or if it started bugging me, IT DID NOT! I like how I can just fluff it up out of the packing bag and it is puffy and ready to go! We both like that the cover can be washed by itself. Seams are well-sown for durability. I have oily skin, and I can use a small pillowcase and pack it right along with the pillow. the packing/carrying case is well made and strong also. good straps. I strongly recommend it. I wish I could leave separate reviews for support and product. I didn't care for the product, but that may be subjective. I feel like I need a bigger pillow (even though travel size for this one is great). But the main thing was that the pillow is a little lumpy. Size aside, i couldn't sleep on a pillow like this. However, when I reached out to customer support, they were immediately kind, friendly, and helpful. the return window on Amazon had passed since I purchase this in advance of a camping trip. I messaged and they immediately connected me with a real actual person who quickly refunded my purchase when I shared my situation. Great experience, and I am so grateful that they were attentive to the fact that I wanted to try the product and then just couldn't use it. Real sleep is so important! I tried all the expensive lightweight backpacking pillows (Sea to Summit, Thermarest, REI, NEMO). Hated them all. This pillow (although im sacrificing a lot of weight since this is not 'ultralight'), its well worth the extra bulk and weight for the awesome comfort.

Makes camping so much more comfortable. Great for the plane or long bus rides too, though it doesn't pack down as small as some brands, but for $20 it's great. Sadly I've misplaced mine so will need to reorder!
