Yes, you can slap this on the back of your iPhone and take selfies using the (far superior) back cameras. The magnet holds securely. And that includes the MagSafe back of my iPhone, the metallic back of my VENA vCommute case, or anything that can hold a magnet. Pairing the monitor to a phone is quick and easy. First, turn on the display. Then, go to your phone's control panel and tap on the Screen Mirror icon. It's the same one you use to mirror your phone to your TV. That's it. Now, what's on your screen also shows up on the display. The entire process takes a few seconds and has never failed. However, you don't need to have the display stuck to the back of your phone. It can be as much as 30 feet away. In my experience, it's further than that, with no interruption or delay in the video. What that means is that I can have this monitor with me when I’m shooting a video away from my phone and keep my eye on it to ensure that I remain in frame. That’s much better than using the front camera and trying to see the phone screen from a few dozen feet away. The selfie monitor is nice, but for me, the ability to monitor a video from a distance is invaluable.

The little screen works beautifully just like you see in the item pictures, it is clear, the pictures are captured in real time, bluetooth connectivity works great easy to connect, super fast, definitely worth the money, it is small so very convenient to carry with you. I had high hopes for this product based on the reviews. The connection and setup were very easy, and the video quality is clear BUT the lag is terrible on the device. It’s so delayed that I wouldn’t be able to record content properly. I’m currently returning it in hopes that the replacement works better.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good mirrors pretty well. When recording a video you won’t be able to hear the sound of from the video unless you take it off mirroring mode. Camera button works well with and without mirroring. Connection is good. Really great for taking pictures for back camera. Took one start cause I don’t know what the future hold how this will hold up will try and update this review after more use of it.
