There is no right or wrong to this product. It was charged as soon as I open up the box. Very easy to use and I love the way it follows me when I’m doing my get ready videos. I can attach it to any tripod. Love the carry case that comes with it. If your looking for something that easy to use and you move around a lot when your creating content this is for you. You get what you pay for, and this was my second choice because the first purchase was on the cheap end and it failed the test

Works OK. The tracking works well from farther away. There's no vertical tracking just horizontal and I wasn't able to use it while my phone was plugged in because the cable is enough to stop it from rotating. I was hoping to use it for Zoom calls but it seems to have difficulty tracking at short distances. The motor doesn't make any noise so you don't have to worry about that. This would be good for gym videos or something where you don't move too fast or too close to it. You have to wave at it to start the tracking so it's not really for tracking objects either which was sort of disappointing but understandable since it doesn't connect to an app or anything.

I love this Obsbot . If you guys want to turn your phone into a follow cam , buy this now . You place your phone in the holder and Obsbot technology starts to follow you around the room for the perfect shot . I use mine all the time and can’t recommend it enough . It truly is amazing and cool

I purchased the OBSBOT to improve my social media videos. Its great! The tracking is amazing and its so simple to use and set up. No additional apps or anything is needed to use. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something like this.

Works very well - no complaints on fit or function. Tracking without the use of a smartphone or app. Great for live-streaming or filming content. Could also work well for video calls with grandparents or boomers that have trouble keeping themselves in frame.

This was so easy to set up. The tracking is so smooth. What a relief to have a tool to help me with my vlogs. Definitely did not disappoint. The key is it’s easy set up and easy to use. I love how it fits on a taller tripod also which is a bonus.

I do live streaming, and I have to move around. So i'm in one room, and then I i have to pick up and go to another. I need a tripod. You need to disconnect handheld, small tripod. In order to screw it into a taller tripod. If there was a screw Call at the bottom of the handheld that would make it very easy. As it is, I have not got a tripod with a extra quick release, but that would not solve the issue of the small tripod. When you move this device, the arm often falls As there is no lock feature. So my phone is set, and if I pick up the device, To move, the phone will typically flop over. A simple lock screw, make this significantly more movable. Right now it works okay and stationary. It also loses tracking pretty easy. The hand signals don't seem to work well for me. I have to push the button again to have a track me. And if I walk out of frame, I have to push the button in order for it, not to going to searching mode. The arm not having a lock and the phone falling over is probably the thing I hate the most. I am looking for a gimbal, but they don't have a tripod or a screw option either. Maybe I am asking too much. Lol I think if you're sitting in one spot and you're not moving around too much and you're within five or six feet consistently, this should work good. Also, when you pick it up, the mechanism, well, flip back-and-forth, so you have to hold the mechanism and the top portion or the bottom piece will Spin like a three legged octopus. I am looking to get a gimbal / tripod But also not easy to find.
