I like the style of these boots and they do indeed go above the knee. I tried them on with leggings at first and couldn't zip them up properly. I'm on the petite side and they wrapped around my legs well. I even ordered a size up. I'm usually a 6 but got a size 7 so I'd have more room for my toes to spread out and they were comfortable enough. The heel was surprisingly really high and I had to arch my foot to tippy toe. I wish there was more of a platform at the front of the shoe so I could balance easier. They are still walkable though. I can probably last for a couple hours in these before I need to take a break. I was able to wear long crew socks underneath. Overall they are super cute and sexy and these would only look good with skirts and dresses, but no pants unless you want to put them over the boots. ... show more

Multiple reasons I give this 1 star. I was so uncomfortable with how tight it was on my calves. I could barely get it to the spot it was designed to be at. Once I did get them on, it was super hard to walk in. Did not feel they were flattering AT ALL.
