So the details on this listing was incredibly vague when I made the choice to get this (it actually referenced a CD player I think instead of this product); so going in my expectations were incredibly low. Once I had received it the package came with the game stick, two controllers that look like a PS5 controller (2x AAA batteries not included), a blue tooth receiver for the controllers, and various cords. Pros: - contains most emulators/ROMs one could imagine that are 20+ years old - overall presentation is good with easy to navigate menus, the ability to save/load, and favorite games - included controllers work well, but do feel on the cheap side (I tried to plug in a wired controller I had, but it was not compatible - but your mileage may vary on that) - I would imagine but cannot confirm that you could swap out some of the ROMs for others Cons/Annoyances: - it lists 20,000 games, but there are a good amount of duplicates (Japan vs English versions) or so ROM hacked games. Even with this there are still hundreds of fantastic games that take me back to my childhood. - I wish there were a couple more emulators (most anything 3D is not represented); it is impressive all that is on here. Would’ve loved it to have DS, but it doesn’t. - there are some notable exceptions in the lists of games (PS is repped but major RPGs not included likely due to space) - some wonky naming of some games, there is no curation so you have to know the hit games already or have an idea of what you want to play

I have to say for starters this is a really good deal for this wireless retro HDMI game stick. It offers a nostalgic gaming experience with a ton of games, actually 20,000+ worth of games. That's a blast from the past worth of games. The compact design along with two PS5 look a like controllers which are wireless I might add makes it convenient for gaming on go to take to a friend's or family member's place. However, the variety of pre-loaded games might be overwhelming, and the quality can vary. The inclusion of video game consoles adds a nice touch very clean looking, but it's important to note that some gamers may not be happy with this because of the selection of games, but I believe it caters to all gamers. It's a fun little gaming system for a retro gaming experience bringing lots of old memories and new ones. It brought my wife back into the Sega Era which if it makes a non gamer go back to gaming then this is definitely a plus and deserves a five star.
