I received everything, the Power Cord, the Wireless Adapter, the HDMI Cord, the Gaming Stick, the Memory Card and Two Controllers and bought brand new batteries for the Controllers. BUT, the controllers will not work. Both controllers have brand new batteries in them. Both controllers turn on and both controllers show a red indicator light. But neither one of the controllers will connect. They don’t work. I’ve put in several new batteries and nothing. The controllers won’t even try to connect. Also, there’s no instruction manual and You can’t find any info on how to get the controllers to connected. I’ve reached out to the company and I’m waiting for a reply on what to do. I’m completely frustrated, the gaming stick is pretty much useless now.

I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting for $30, but I wasn't expecting something this bad. The graphics are horrendous. Even worst than the graphics are the controllers. Most games are almost unplayable because the controllers are so bad. Also, more than half the games I tried didn’t work. They were just demos with no playability.

We hooked up the product to our HTML input but the rocket never charged or connected to our TV, which is new… we couldn’t figure out/ complete set up since the box didn’t even pick up a signal. It was a useless purchase and waste of our money. We will be seeking a refund.
