So stoked to finally receive this. First, I will say I was a bit disappointed in the shipping. I opened the box up to find nothing inserted to protect the device (see image). That's on Amazon though and not on NaHa Gaming. With that outta the way, I'm actually impressed considering what I bought was classed as acceptable. However, I think that is absurd considering how good quality it is. I'm not complaining. I was expecting something chewed up and spot ouy. Instead I got an awesome piece of equipment. I originally purchased this GBA SP with the intentions of replacing the shell and screen cover as well as the screen itself (to an ags-101). I'm quite happy with what I got. It's in working order and plays all my games. NaHa Gaming is who I ordered it through so make sure to check them out. ... show more

Exactly as it was advertised, great condition. By scratches, the seller was being modest. No discoloration, the screen looked fine too. The cover had minor minor scratches from being put in and out of the pocket but that's it. Works like a charm. Sound is as 8-bit-y as it should be.

I received this Gameboy Advance SP relatively quickly, and it looks amazing, barely any scuffs or anything and as of now no problems on bootup. It plays my games fine! However, I would like to warn anyone who buys a Gameboy that the charger they supply is of a lesser quality. It's not an official Gameboy charger or anything and for me, it created a really awful high-pitched sort of squeal (the original charger didn't inherently cause any problems or heat up, but I've also heard that it CAN be dangerous if chargers do that). I bought an official Gameboy charger off Esty, and it doesn't have the same problem, so it was just the charger- however the charger was a good 15 dollars plus shipping so there's my disclaimer if you want to play it safe or just don't leave it unattended while charging. I'd like to point out that obviously my main purchase was the Gameboy, though, which is in great condition and plays games well. ... show more

Arrived on time with charger included. Everything appeared as expected. A few scratches (which were already stated to be there), but nothing extreme or bothersome. The charger, the screen and all buttons worked perfectly.

Gameboy unit was in good condition as stated however the charging cord was damaged and did not work. We contacted the seller and he sent out a new cord and a battery for the game unit. It was a bummer waiting for a few days but my son weathered through and he is happy.

It came in early and it works great! It came with worn out Hello Kitty stickers and has a streak in the screen, but it was barely noticeable and the stickers came clean off allowing me to add my own.

Pros: -GBA works as expected. -Arrived when it said it would. Cons: -Charging cord not included. -Scratches present all over the front. -GBA SP had a glitch after first 2 hours of game play where it wouldn’t get past the turn-on screen and displayed weird text. Turning it off/on a couple times resolved issue and has not occurred since. But not what you want to see from a new product. -Sent model AGS-001 instead of preferred AGS-010. -Took 3 weeks to ship (from Turkey). Overall: Product works, so can’t complain too much, but not totally satisfied with purchase. Charging cord not included is a big disappointment (should have read fine print closer). The glitch seen raises concerns the unit won’t have a long lifetime. Hoping for a better experience next time I’m around. ... show more

Bought this for my 15 yr old wrestler to kill the time between matches while at tournaments. The outside was scratched up pretty bad and the screen is dull to to its age - but I'm not shelling out the $$ for a brand new one and it functions the way it should - so it delivered what I expected.
