I wasn't sure quite what to expect because this is a relatively inexpensive gaming headset, but I was pleasantly surprised. -It is very lightweight, which was a nice change over the other headsets that seem to add weight to make them fell more expensive. -Comfortable ear cushions, not the leather or vinyl that makes your ears sweat, but a soft cloth material that feels like breathable ear muffs -Sounds quality was very good! Full rich sound. And plenty loud for anything I would need. Connects to anything. No, serioulsly... ANYTHING! wireless USB dongle for PC, headphone jack or Bluetooth. The only downside, which I feel was only in the beginning, was the volume control. I am used to buttons to adjust the volume, so when I saw the old school scroll wheel for volume control, I was taken back a bit. Once I connected it to my phone and adjusted the volume, it was a nice feature. I could quickly find the volume I wanted without repeatedly pushing a button a bunch of times. So, in the end, is it a replacement for your high-end Turtle Beach or Logitech headsets? No. Is it a great set for the beginning or even average gamer? I think so. ... show more

Not the best headset, but for $15, this is an unbeatable deal. I have been using the 2.4 dongle and it is clear, loud with a little base. The microphone on DIscord does distort my voice a little (says the people i was playing with), but not bad, just different from my other headset, which cost $125. Bluetooth is crap, do not get this headset if you are going to use BT. The tethered option i have not tried. I have used this for quite a few hours now, and the battery held for a 4 hour session with no issues. Charging is via a USB-C connector and they provided a USBA to C cable, which was nice, but I would prefer a C to C. Wondering if you can not fast charge on C... since A is a lower Amp rating. This is not my primary headset, but a meant for my travel laptop and it will fit that spot perfectly. ... show more

Everything was nice and good for about 15 days it took 15 days for the microphone to give out I can hear everyone and everything just fine just no one can hear me very frustrating when I play 2-3 hrs not a heavy gamer but I expect my things to work

The headset is lightweight and comfy but I bought it for work to commence to my windows PC and my customers complain that I sound like I'm in the next room. They can barely hear me. I have adjusted all microphone settings to max on my computer and ensured that the mic is fully extended. Also tried hardwiring to the headphone jack and still get the same complaints. ... show more

UPDATE- i connected them to my phone- whole new story- great for headphones- loud, just nit for a gaming headset- the mic can be pretty quiet as well It's not bad. I'd say your getting what your paying for. I saw it another review that they couldn't connect the USB to the Xbox, that is correct, so if your getting this for Xbox, you'll have to plug it into a controller. I was happy with the options with pugging in, a C charger, and a C end to a headphone jack side, (that was the one I used with my xbox). It is not very loud. And it doesn't do noise canceling at all. (My TV, unless muted, was louder than the headphones) So in total, not bad, but not great either. ... show more

Love the headset the quality is ok but really wish I would have went with my first choice. The mic is horrible! It does have a loud volume but the louder you go the more of a static you get. Connects quickly through BT and with dongle but I'd have to say I wouldn't recommend this product especially if your a multiplayer gamer then definitely don't purchase this headset overall really disappointed. ... show more
