I wish I could give these earbuds a great review, but I can't. There are many pro's to them- noise cancelling was great, the fit in my rather small ears was secure and of course the price was ridiculously good. The con's- After fully charging the earbuds overnight, I had my first call which was about an hour long. Midway through the call I noticed that the caller's voice was dropping in and out. Then, I received a Battery Low warning and within a minute the earbud shut off. 1 hour talk time. Not acceptable. I am sending them back obviously. Update- The company reached out to me and indicated that I received a pair of buds that had bad batteries. They sent me a new pair free of charge that were fabulous! These new ones fit perfected in my small ears and have great sound. I don't know how to change the rating to 5 stars but they are a 5! ... show more

This was my third purchase of this company's earbuds. The first set of earbuds were/are so good that I bought a pair for a coworker. I was very excited to try these updated earbuds out! As you can see in the photos the packaging is very nice and sturdy - the device is well protected and attractively presented. Very simple to unbox and comes with a lifetime warranty. Place the case on a wireless charger and you are off to the races. It comes about 95% charged, but I like to immediately top off my devices before use. You can also use a USB cable (included). The sound quality is even better than the previous iterations and I was 100% satisfied with them. The fit with the earpiece that they come with fit my ears perfectly, but there are included adapters for larger or smaller requirements. These are very lightweight, and textured so that they are easy to handle. The case is sleek and elegant and the display lets you know how much backup charge you have. Now, let me tell you that I am an Apple ecosystem person. I have Apple Airpods, which are quite expensive so I initially purchased a pair of this brand to keep at work so that I didn't lose or damage them while listening to a low-fi podcast or audiobook while I work. It TURNS OUT that these were actually much better in terms of battery life, ease of pairing with various devices, and overall sound quality. The indicator on the case was perfect so that I knew when to take the case home and charge. I usually get a weeks use out of the case and take it home on the weekend to recharge. I listen to something approximately 6-7 hours out of an 8.5 hour workday. The range is also very good. I can easily keep one in and walk around the department with my phone on my desk and it never loses connection. The tap controls are very convenient and helpful. Compared to the Apple Airpods have a very limited set of commands, however these have a much more robust set of options. If you have ever tried to pair a set of Apple Airpods to a non Apple device, this will be a much more painless experience. You simply replace the earpieces into the case and close the lid. When you reopen and take the out it goes into pairing mode and shows up in your bluetooth menu. SUPER easy and seamless. I tend to use one earpiece or another at a time for audiobooks etc. so I can still carry on a conversation and that performs flawlessly. Zero issues or hiccups and you can switch on the fly, just return to case and reopen. By the way, there is a voice assistant built in to let you know the pairing status and function operations as you use, so it could not be more user friendly. Don't forget the lifetime warranty - although you MUST register the product in order to have that activate. That takes about 2 minutes. The battery life on these is unreal! My only issue is that I notice that sometimes the right bud doesn’t respond to the touch commands which is annoying but besides that they’re pretty great.

The earbuds are very nice. The sound and connection is good. I gave a 4 because they will not stay in my ear. Maybe my ear to small. But overall the earbuds is worth the money I paid. They also paired with my iPhone. I would recommend!
