Great for the price, needed something to protect the screen because the protective case didn't have one. This one was a good price and seems to work good. I would recommend, only thing is that it's a little tricky to install because it's a sticky back.

Pro: - Easy to put on - Good anti glare (makes the kindle fire 8 closer to a paper white) and I can see a significant improvement from my other kindle fire 8 that doesn’t have a screen protecter. This is much easier on my eyes (all I use these for is reading books). - Easy to clean finger prints from - Doesn’t hinder touch screen ability at all Con: - It didn’t attach itself to two of the edges of my new kindle fire 8. See pic. I am positive I put it on correctly and aligned it. I have put these on dozens of times on tablets and iPhones. There were initially a ton of bubbles in it and I was able to smooth them all out to the edges. But it left these two on the side. I can’t get rid of them. I would give this product 10 stars if I could! I am blown away. This screen protector leaves no fingerprints. None. Absolutely ZERO! Are you kidding me?! I despise fingerprints on the screen but somehow this screen protector doesn’t collect the oils so I can’t leave fingerprints on the screen anymore! This is brilliant. Also, I am loving the no-glare while I’m reading. I don’t see the lights behind me or my face being reflected back into the screen. I went back and forth between buying the paperwhite reader or the kindle and the only thing (besides cost) that made me hesitant was people saying no-glare was easier for reading. I immediately starting seeing if kindle had a no-glare screen protector and found this so I went ahead and went with the kindle. I am amazed and I would by this product over and over again but hopefully I don’t have to. The only down side was that it didn’t come with a screen wipe so I used rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth but it did come with the dust grabber sticker. ... show more

I have an older Fire HDX that I love, but the battery on it has to be charged daily. So I treated myself to an upgrade. This fire is great. I use it mostly for reading. The batter lasts about 4 days before I have to charge it, and then it's at about 46%. The sound quality is amazing, I was really impressed with it. Video quality is great. Not a huge fan of the updated UI, but I can get used to it. The touch screen is a little slow to respond, not sure if that's the screen or the processor.
