I'm not one of the people accepting a "free gift" from the manufacturer in return for a good review, and that's the problem with reviews sometimes on Amazon. The external buttons controlling volume and next song/last song options, along with a pause button is very nice, and not found on some of the higher priced earbuds. From an audiophile's point of view: These earbuds get three stars out of the box. But with some work, I give it 4.5 stars. They initially sounded nice on the low end with some punch, but poor on the higher end of the sound spectrum. This is where the tweaking comes in. I have downloaded my iTunes catalog (about 4300 songs) onto my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE cell phone, where I do almost all of my listening. In the phone settings, I click on Sounds & Vibration to make adjustments. In the Equalizer, I set it to the Rock setting. Then under Adapt Sound, I set it to 30 to 60 years old, which boosts the mid and high frequencies. Then I went to the music player in my cell phone. I use the Rocket Player. While playing a song, I went into it's equalizer and made some adjustments, especially to the high end. Now I went back and made two sound comparisons of the same songs. One using a set of earbuds in a similar price range to these. The other was a high end Sennheiser over the ear headphones. This gives me a better sense of what the songs should sound like. With these tweaks all done and set to my ears, I now rate this product pretty high. The bass is excellent, and the mid/high range is very good. I bought these because of the wrap around ear piece. I’m still figuring them out. What I have noticed about them, unless I’m doing something wrong, you can’t pair them with more than one thing at the same time. When I have them connected to my phone, I can’t connect them to my laptop at the same time. I have to disconnect my phone first. Than connect them to my laptop. Or just wait to see which one gets connected first. If it’s not the one you want that connects first, you must disconnect them from that one and reconnect them to the one you do want. Unless I’m doing something wrong. Also, when opening and closing the lid be careful not to use force as it might break the lid. Also, you have to have the volume on your phone all the way up in order to control the volume on the earbuds. I’ve not used earphones in such a long time. So if that’s something that is well known to do, then I have to catch up with everything lol ... show more

I really like this brand, it's both affordable and makes a quality product. I already owned 2 of their headphones and this one is my favorite so far. The sound is crisp with deep base that doesn't get distorted with hollow or muffled sounds. I've tried more house styles or dance music and didn't hear any tinny or static noise. Honestly, I can say this about all of the earbuds I have from Capoxo, so why are these my favorite? I'm really happy they put real buttons on it! I can't say that enough. Though I liked the similar V7s, the touch operation was inconvenient. I mostly wear these at work and I move around a lot. Often if my shoulder touched my headphones, the volume or track changed. With the buttons, this is no longer an issue. They control volume, track skipping, answering and declining calls. It's much easier to manage all that functionality with buttons than touch. They both have very secure fits and great sound but I like not hanging up on people because my ear touched something. The automatic Bluetooth connection is fast with one or both earpieces. Also they automatically disconnect one on both when you put them back in the case. The calls are clear and the people on the other end say they hear me well when using my regular speaking voice. No need (or desire) to yell. One of my favorite features is the digital battery reader. It gives you a realtime battery level when charging and let's you know where it is when you pull out or replace the headphones into the charging case. You can also see each earpiece charging. This is helpful if, for whatever reason, one of them aren't charging. Usually it's just that the charging tips occasionally need a quick brush off or wipe to get it charging again. They are very lightweight, comfortable and give 4 fit options (xs, s, m, L) for the ear tips. It also comes with a short USB C cable for charging. Even the user manual was impressive. It gives a lot of details, going as far as giving directions to override volume limits on Android phones so you can decide how loud is too loud. I was pleasantly surprised that it said it was waterproof, though I haven't felt the need to test that out. If I mistakenly wash them, I'll update the review. If you need reliable, clear headphones that are affordable, I strongly recommend this set. The one time I had an issue with one of the previous sets, customer service was right on it.
