The media could not be loaded. I ordered this a few days ago and received it today. I got it to check on the progress of trichomes and snapshot/video the state they're in. I didn't have high hopes because I've tried other means, like jeweler's loupes, and the macro lens on my iPhone. I have to say that I'm quite impressed with this thing. I can't say if that will change over time. Hopefully this thing will last for more than a few months. After charging it, I downloaded the app and started the setup. It was a breeze. Power on the scope, open wi-fi on your phone, find the See-Max, and connect it. That's it. Then open the app, and you're all set. The quality of the image and the amount you can zoom in is amazing. And the fact that you can adjust the brightness of the LED adds a lot of diversity to the image quality and detail. For $17, you're getting a lot here, and it's WAY better than a jeweler's loupe or any of those magnifying attachments that clip onto your phone of your camera lens. Bought this for my 8 year old son and everyone was wanting to use it. You have to download an app on your phone and connect to wifi. Cannot be used in Bluetooth as far as I can see. So you need a phone or tablet or something to view . I think it’s great for kids. We looked at coins, our skin on our face, hair, scabs and scratches, dead bugs, clothes and plants. Pretty cool!     • Possible big action scam! Data hacked from phone after installing app
I installed the app to use the wifi function of the microscope and over the next 24 hours, I had random log ins to Netflix and some other apps. The camera worked great and I was thinking it was a real good deal for the money. I believe they sell it at a loss and make the real money harvesting data.

Comparable to cell phone camera, and it requires a cell phone (or tablet, etc) to view the image anyway. So.... what's the point? I'm not impressed.

Will not do anything, the Blue light is supposed to stop blinking when the unit is connected to WiFi. Will not connect, can't view anything with it. Just a waste of money and I will be returning it.
