Initially this would pair via bluetooth but not with WiFi, and Android Auto wouldn't open on the touchscreen. The WiFi connection required a password, which wasn't provided with the touchscreen. My phone is literally brand new Motorola brand. This went on for multiple attempts , then everything worked all of a sudden. Now it's working after several sessions, and seems to be working as intended. The quality of the touchscreen and mounting components appear well constructed, and good clarity/ functionality. Initially was very frustrated and unable to contact the seller until I left a negative seller review, then was contacted by the seller. Now that it's working I'm happy with the product. DVR footage can't be exported without disassembling the touchscreen. There is a GPS connectivity display feature that doesn't show any gps connectivity. Shows no satellites connected.

Just bought it for my new motorcycle. Easy to install and use. You don’t even need an instruction although it comes with one. Same appearance as shown in descriptions. Wireless CarPlay works great with my iPhone, mirror link works well, too. Didn't test android auto.

Works Great. Customer service is fantastic. Only issue is that phone will NOT connect completely until after a reboot of the phone after initial connection. After that works like every other wireless android auto. Only wish is that the USBC connector woudl do wired anroid auto to avoid the battery drain.

I've used this for about 500 miles on my GSX-S1000GT+. Have it plugged into factory USB power. Connected to an iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 18.0.1. Also have attached a Gearelec GX12 bluetooth headset. I've had issues on every ride where the unit will just start cutting out sound (while music is playing), off and on, then will lock up and force a restart of the unit (fully reboots). So, if you have maps running and are at a turning point you will temporarily lose your maps. But, it will come back and everything will show up and music automatically starts. Sometimes, though, it won't restart and just keeps cutting out. Sometimes it self corrects (stops doing it), and sometimes I have to unplug and replug in the device to get it started again. So, not real happy with the unit, but for the price paid I guess I couldn't expect more. Unfortunately, due to them having to send me a different bracket so I could install it on my bike, I am outside the return period or I would return this unit. Hope this helps buyers looking at this unit. Maybe it is the bluetooth helmet headset I have, but it works flawlessly with my Iphone without using this carplay screen.

Hola, hoy 19.06.24 recibí el producto, la caja estaba abierta y sin sello de garantía, el producto tenia una etiqueta de 12V en el cable de energía, lleve al técnico a instalar y nunca encendió, lleve al técnico de electrónica y encontró quemado el producto, internamente tiene conexión a 12V y a 5.5V, mi producto decía 12V pero venia para funcionar en 5.5V y se quemó, igualmente no hay un instructivo de instalación eléctrica ni nada, es muy mala mi experiencia de esta compra en Amazon, viajaré en moto en unos días y no tendré el apoyo del navegador carplay que compre en Amazon, muchas gracias "Amazon"
