I ordered this 2 pack of wired iPhone earbuds for my 12yo son because if there is one thing kids are absolutely terrible at keeping track of, it is earbuds. They get loaned out to friends, left in hoodies, lost in backpacks, or somehow vanish into the same dimension as missing socks. These are just your classic everyday plug in iPhone style earbuds that connect through the charging port. Nothing complicated, no Bluetooth to mess with, no pairing issues, just plug them in and they work. My son actually prefers this style over the rubber tip ones because he hates having to mess with the little silicone nubs and trying to find the right size. Those things always seem to fall off and disappear anyway. These are the simple earbud style that just sit in your ear, which he says fit comfortably and stay put. Sound quality is surprisingly good for a basic set of wired earbuds. He said they get plenty loud and the audio is clear, which for a 12yo usually means gaming videos and music both pass the test. The fact that this comes as a 2 pack is honestly the best part. When one inevitably disappears, gets borrowed forever by a friend, or mysteriously stops existing, there is already a backup waiting. For the price and convenience, this is a solid little set of everyday earbuds. I like these wired headphones! I wish they came with some of the ear thingies (yes, thingies 😅) so they’d stay in place better. However, they serve the purpose. Good value for the money. The microphone works well.

Update: I took off another star because these hurt after a while. They're solid plastic (as the picture shows) and don't have those little silicone ear pieces on the ends. That's fine if you're okay with it, I guess, but they hurt my ears. These earbuds are pretty good. They feel secure when you plug them in and theres no fuzzy sound. When you call, it sounds fine to the person on the other end of the line too. There is kind of a weird sound though when listening. Almost like an echo, but more like whatever you're listening to (phone call, music, etc) is playing in a room. It's hard to explain. It's not like pure sound though - there's something else there. It's not too distracting or anything however. It wouldn't be the top choice for best sound quality earbuds or anything, but they're decent. ... show more
