I bought this for my birthday. It arrived early but with cosmetic damage (see picture). They sent a replacement one and I'll send the damaged one back. But it plays beautifully. The action is a bit high for a beginner but the guitar itself is very deep and rich. Sounding. Beautiful finish.

Was skeptical about ordering this guitar, I don't have alot of money so naturally I'm cautious. Tok a chance on a Firefly guitar and didn't get burnt on that, so why not. Right? Packaging was more than adequate , kudos on that. It is just straight wood, no clear coat of any kind. Still a beautiful guitar, but some clear would've really made the grains pop. Just had to tune it up and maybe a 1/4 turn on the truss rod and she played very nice.plan on replacing the saddle and nut when I put new strings on. I prefer the tone of bone of plastic. And the fret ends are a little rough, but I've seen way worse. Have yet to try the pick up, but more than happy so far. For the price, ya just can't beat it. Would've been 5 stars except for the frets, no clear coat and a couple minor cosmetic deals. (E.G. slight glue over pour around binding, a spot or 2 of stain overspray.) But I was "=eally" looking it over when I seen them, would definitely recommend to a friend on a budget. Also, arrived 3 days early. ... show more

I ordered this guitar for my daughter; she has an electric already and was interested in an acoustic. The order shipped on time and was packaged well. She really loved the carvings; she said it looked and felt really good. All was well until about two weeks later and it seems the high E cut or fractured the nut and was now flat on the fretboard. I contacted the seller and got a quick response from Amy. I provided her some pictures my daughter sent for reference (I have not been able to see it and only know the problem from texts). After seeing the pictures, she agreed to replace the part no questions asked. The part has not arrived yet and I have no idea how to replace it, but it is a start. I bought this for my nephew for Christmas, he had asked for a guitar and I let him chose on Amazon just by looks… it is very pretty. But it doesn’t feel like it’s heavy duty. Feels cheep. But he’s only 14, I don’t think he cares about all that.
