This guitar was supposed to be a Christmas gift and was ruined. I didn’t mind the prize at first but after receiving it in the mail, and gifting it to someone, when they opened it the strings were broken. The prize doesn’t match the craftsmanship. If it was around $30 I would understand but $170 that’s upsetting :( ... show more

I am enjoying this guitar a lot. The quality seems to be really good. Nice beginner guitar. The sound is rich, I have one fret on the e cord that plays a dud note. Its the only one i can find, Its the eight fret on the top e string. Just produces a metal noise, seems to be in tune though lol. All other notes are fine and play a nice rich sound. Im trying to get my son to play guitar, he is twelve and this is a perfect starter for him. He loves the look of it, as do I. We really love the blue finish, looks really nice in person. The guitar is light and the wood produces an nice full sound. The neck is a nice shape, slightly thicker than I like, but sill just fine. Depending on how much use my son gets out of learning this, I may get a new set of strings, the included set are fine, the deeper notes have a bit of a tinny sound to them, strings might fix this. Not a complaint at the price point this guitar is at, also the strings are fine for a beginner. I am enjoying jamming on the guitar myself, I love the look of it. All in all a beautiful guitar, really great for a beginner. Seems well crafted. Very pleased over all. ... show more
