I bought this for my birthday. It arrived early but with cosmetic damage (see picture). They sent a replacement one and I'll send the damaged one back. But it plays beautifully. The action is a bit high for a beginner but the guitar itself is very deep and rich. Sounding. Beautiful finish.

I ordered this guitar for my daughter; she has an electric already and was interested in an acoustic. The order shipped on time and was packaged well. She really loved the carvings; she said it looked and felt really good. All was well until about two weeks later and it seems the high E cut or fractured the nut and was now flat on the fretboard. I contacted the seller and got a quick response from Amy. I provided her some pictures my daughter sent for reference (I have not been able to see it and only know the problem from texts). After seeing the pictures, she agreed to replace the part no questions asked. The part has not arrived yet and I have no idea how to replace it, but it is a start. I will update at a later date after seeing the issue and repairing it. Note: I got the guitar back today, there is some sort of manufacturing problem, it looks like the neck is bent. I have 5 other guitars and I could not figure out what is wrong with this one. Buyer beware.... ... show more

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, and it was better than I expected! He absolutely loves it, and is a beginner. I am jumping back into it, and enjoy it too. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because the strap isn’t one I plan on using for a long time, because it ties on, and I like a different style. The one other thing is that the amp it comes with I haven’t been able to figure out what it does, so maybe they could have explained some things better. Maybe even instructions on how to tune a guitar. I would have found instructions more valuable than the strap, and the amp. But definitely still worth the money, and definitely a good one for beginners. It’s actually really gorgeous in person. It looks better than I expected, really. I would definitely purchase another one if my daughter wanted one. ... show more

Updating it to 5 star, excellent customer service, I reported an issue with the guitar where the glue came up after few months which was causing bad sound . They simply asked for couple images and got a new one in 2 days. It was surprisingly simple and fast. Really impressed with the service!

Coming out the box... Everything was great. Good sound, tuners worked just fine, nothing missing from packaging... However 2 of the strings came loose in under two weeks, and they'll likely have to be replaced. This being my first guitar, having to potentially buy the tool required along with extra strings in under a month is a bit discouraging. ... show more
