I bought this for my birthday. It arrived early but with cosmetic damage (see picture). They sent a replacement one and I'll send the damaged one back. But it plays beautifully. The action is a bit high for a beginner but the guitar itself is very deep and rich. Sounding. Beautiful finish.

I ordered this guitar for my daughter; she has an electric already and was interested in an acoustic. The order shipped on time and was packaged well. She really loved the carvings; she said it looked and felt really good. All was well until about two weeks later and it seems the high E cut or fractured the nut and was now flat on the fretboard. I contacted the seller and got a quick response from Amy. I provided her some pictures my daughter sent for reference (I have not been able to see it and only know the problem from texts). After seeing the pictures, she agreed to replace the part no questions asked. The part has not arrived yet and I have no idea how to replace it, but it is a start. I will update at a later date after seeing the issue and repairing it. Note: I got the guitar back today, there is some sort of manufacturing problem, it looks like the neck is bent. I have 5 other guitars and I could not figure out what is wrong with this one. Buyer beware.... ... show more

    • Amazing tone at rock bottom price

The media could not be loaded. I was totally blown away by the sound and playability of this inexpensive guitar. It arrived with good string action and surprisingly good sounding strings. I dont feel any sharp edges on frets when sliding up and down the neck. Percussive taps on the strings sound great. The tone is rich, especially on the low end. I cant wait to put some of my favorite strings on it and really feel it sing. It is a bit scratchy when sliding and bending strings, but should improve as it breaks in. Also, absolutely gorgeous and unique color, i got the dark green. All in all, Im very impressed, it holds up to some much more expensive instruments i have owned in the past. I had intended to use it as a placeholder until I could afford something else but I think it will be all I need for a while! Highly recommended. ... show more

I liked the majority of reviews and how well it showed on YouTube with sound so I purchased this as I am a beginner and don't need top of the line as it is only a new hobby not an occupation! However, with a crooked bridge showing this one was poorly made and I should have purchased a smaller guitar anyway as I am a small lady so not very pleased. Obviously, part of the issue is my fault as holding this close to play is quite the challenge when your endowed! LOL! So, I purchased another smaller guitar for less money (Hola) and LOVE it! Much better made than this one and has a great sound even with this beginner and love the look of it as well. We beginner live and learn! Good luck if you purchase this one! ... show more
