INITIAL review on setting it up: Packaged VERY well, no chance of damage during shipping. It actually had torn cardboard on one side, like a hole/ripped. No damage to bike. Timed myself beginning with opening the box. 1 hour 15 min to fully assemble. Front tire, handle bars, pedals with a couple of misc other parts. No problem and all tools were provided. More to follow after Christmas! UPDATE: Gave to grandson (14 yo) and it is perfect fit. He's about 5'8" and about 120 lbs. Bike has performed well and has 26 miles on it already. Battery length is good, it does take 6-7 hrs to fully charge. SAFETY Point: The "Turbo Mode" does take it to 35-37 mph and that is VERY fast. Suggest leaving it on Standard for early development. Also, good talking points w new user is the "Right hand controls the throttle and when you fall, the natural reaction is to hold on." Teach them to let go as it will max out the back wheel and potentially cause injury." Great bike. FURTHER UPDATE: check all bolts for tightness. Lost one off rear brake caliper. ... show more

My 16 year old loves it. Maxes out at 37 but not every ride. Averages 33-35 regularly. You do have to switch out the suspension shock for set-up. Bike look awesome and is sturdy. Go for it!

Had this for about a week and have to say it’s a great cargo bike for the price! Rode on it for more than a dozen times already no issues and no complaints. I can easily ride with my 7 year old nephew and my 8lb dog in a carrier. Quite fun!

This bike is fantastic! It’s so much fun to ride and incredibly easy to handle. We got it for deliveries at our pizza restaurant, and it’s perfect for that, but we also love using it to cruise around our small town and the surrounding area. It’s great for both work and leisure!
