It's a fun and different way to travel. Delivery was quick! The quality of the product is excellent! It's perfect, we ride them every day and they are really well made. The wheel base is short and easy to maneuver. We bought this for our granddaughter's birthday and she loves it.

The media could not be loaded. Great for a month! Then a drastic performance and reliability change . Battery life is really poor. Performance is poor. And the brushless motor already has a manufacturer defect…see video below. Also, I reached out to the company to return the product, which they allowed. However, I noticed on the shipping label that I have to pay for the shipping. If you know anything about E bikes, they weigh a lot. So the shipping was going to cost several hundred dollars. I’m left with a $1500 E bike that I only purchased a little over a month ago that is a piece of junk. ... show more

Got this for my son and he loves it. Was alittle hard to get the transportation shock absorber off, but once we got it off everything else was pretty easy. It's really heavy, so someone trying to do a stunt or trick keep that in mind. It's been a hit for our house hold.
