This item came in a damaged package. There was no inner packaging no tags for the product. There were water spots all down the front of the coat that no matter what I did, they could not be removed. The material obviously does not take water or other weather elements well. Otherwise, having water touch the outside of a coat (that you would expect to wear outside in different weather conditions) would not cause damage. Thus it is made poorly. The only thing positive I could say is that it was warm, but it was wind with fleece. I guess it created static electricity when putting it on and taking it off. Now I am disabled have to find a way to a print out a label and I don’t have a printer B take this item to UPS for a return. This has cost a great inconvenience. The item was not free delivery. I am expecting that I will receive my entire cost back including delivery cost. Very disappointed. My 10-year-old daughter was so excited that she had her dad order this coat for me for Christmas so that I could spend one. What a disappointment. When she saw it come in the mail covered in holes, not even packaged appropriately and then with spots all down the front, she was so upset. Sad moment. ... show more

It's warm but the zipper is bad. I'm a 2x and had to buy the 5x. It's tight, but it works. So if your over a 2x, the biggest size won't fit you.

Awful. Awful color. No waist the liner isnt Grey and is see through. Very ugly. Don't wait your money. It also came with a stain.
