The product arrived a day early and the outside delivery box and inside cushioning agents were well done and in tact. However, upon taking the marker out of the rolled up bubble wrap the original plastic sealed sleeve in was in was opened...and there was some sort of pricing sticker on the outside that had been partially removed. Upon using the marker, everything seems alright, but I’m wondering about whether this was a used return or not...therefore affecting the ink supply - hence my 3 stars. ... show more

I gave this product 4-stars instead of the the 5 (that their quality reflects) because I just found out that Winsor & Newton bought out Letraset and their ProMarkers are one and the same. Since I have a complete set of the Letraset ProMarkers, all those I bought under the Winsor & Newton label are the same...........so I have a ton of duplicate markers. As I said before, the quality of the Winsor & Newton Promarker is outstanding, However, their transpency on the buyout is very disappointing and cost me a lot of money. ... show more

I love Promarkers, and this color is so versatile and useful for many coloring items. It has lasted quite a while, and when the ink runs out I will be purchasing another one. The reason for only 4 stars is that it is not refillable - that would be a definite 5 star product.

This marker is not the same brand as the markers I ended up purchasing, so perhaps that is the reason it has not performed as well as I thought it would. It seems to be a bit dry. But my error is choosing the marker of a different brand may be the real culprit. Although I'm using alcohol markers and brands (Copic), that could be the reason this doesn't blend quite so well. ... show more

Needed some blenders for another set. These work pretty well if you know how to use them (I sure didn't at first) so make sure you look up how they work. Basically, you blend a little differently in markers, and usually put the blender down first. These held up well to my initial abuse and are working pretty well for me now that I know what I'm doing.
