  • Brakes work well

Great product. Will not flip you if lean to one side or the other. Best thing I could’ve have bought for serving two purposes as transfer or walker.

  • INCREDIBLE!!! 😍😍
Color: Blue
Let me start by saying I cannot say enough good about this product! My best friend was recently diagnosed with cancer. It's terminal and she's declining quickly. I needed something that could transition from a walker to a wheelchair and I didn't know of anything like that was available. That is until I found this. I have to admit, I wasn't terribly optimistic when I first bought it. I thought it would be bulky and hard to maneuver. However, I was pleasantly surprised! First, it's comfortable to sit in! My friend weighs approximately 160 lb and is so easy to push in that chair! It handles ramps and bumps quite easily! It's lightweight and simple to get in and out of the car. I want to thank you for making such an incredible item! ... show more

  • Flexible, best as rollator

This is a 2 in 1 wheelchair and rollator. At best this is a transport wheelchair. There are some rough places inside where momma's arms and elbows rub that are hazardous for her thin skin. It's not a bad design exactly because you can see by the smoothed and beveled edges around the screws where the back support joins the frame that they gave this issue consideration, and it's much better than many inexpensive wheelchairs on the market. So it's not bad, but she has thin delicate skin (as some elders do) and had a skin tear. When I sit in it I can feel those areas because they are metal they are hard and uncomfortable, but NOT jagged or sharp. I just make sure my momma has on a long sleeve shirt or sweater to wear when I have to put her in this or ANY transport wheelchair. Last time we went to the doctor's office we had trouble getting one front wheel over the threshold of the automatic door. If she was heavier would that be an issue? Not sure. The frame isn't perfectly level. Not sure if that is from the design which allows for folding (like an X) or if it didn't get put together quite right. So as a wheelchair it is serviceable, and works as expected where there are no bumps. I wish it had a seatbelt. My momma is a buck fifteen and I can't imagine someone heavy getting the support they would need from this device. Even with her petite frame she completely fills the seat and does not have really any comfortable arm rest. The seat is nylon and padded in a basic way, but it is a sling, flexible and designed to fold. It's not very deep and offers no thigh support. The back rest, a rigid sling, offers no lumbar support. It does swing out of the way when using it as a rollator. So no one should sit in this chair for any length of time especially not to eat (no elbow room!). It is lightweight, easy to lift, open - pull up on seat handle and close - push down on seat outer edges (5 stars). It's a nice rollator which helps my mom feel supported and less anxious about falling. It rolls easy on flat ground and manages compressed gravel or aggregate and will go in the level lawn. My best friend put it together and they said it was easy to assemble. I can lift it and it fits into the trunk. Like many devices that try to be two in one, it functions better as one, a rollator (minus bumpy surfaces). I noticed that in close quarters as a rollator, the clips that secure the foot supports can catch things as they go by. That's only an issue of you are trying to squeeze through small spaces. While not perfect, this Winlove 2 in 1 walker rollator wheelchair ticks all the boxes of our minimum requirements at a very affordable price. ... show more

  • Surprised by the quality.
Color: Blue
I have a different rollator I purchased for a lot more money from a local medical supply. This one is just as good and frankly I prefer it to the other. What I like: When using it as a rollator, you actually kind of walk between the wheels (this has a bit longer wheel base) I find it is kind of protective in that I don't stub my toes on the wheel or run into them while walking. It also protects my space bubble a bit more in public where people really don't seem to want to give me room :-) The rollator is light enough for me to manipulate and get out of my vehicle on my own. The leg/foot supports are easy to remove. SO I can leave those when I am by myself and place them when I know I have someone to push me and I know I will need them. The depth of the seat from front to back is nice! The other rollator I like to use is the same basic shape - but it was not meant as a transport chair so the seat is narrower in depth - the depth here makes it comfortable to sit in for longer. Switching from walking to riding mode is so simple. What I am not quite sure about: You may need to adjust the height frequently for different "pushers". I think most people could find a height they like, but that is the hardest part on converting from walking to pushing in my opinion. This is a thing - but not a bad thing - because this is a soft seat, when being pushed you kind of "feel" the terrain you are rolling on - like you can feel the independent movement of the different sides/wheels. It still feels secure - but I was surprised by that. So far we have been to two baseball games and my spouse was able to navigate me through the stadium and up and down the ramps. We also spent a week in Yellowstone and he was able to navigate a lot of the boardwalks there with me. It is kind of a best of both worlds thing. I could walk as long as I could and he could take over when I needed help. It was also nice to be able to just park and rest sometimes. ... show more

  • What is covered under the warranty?
Color: Champagne
I have had my walker about 2 years this Christmas. One of my front wheels cracked and I need to replace it. I love the walker but I need to replace the wheel. I have reached out to the company but haven’t received a response. I would like to know if it is in the warranty and if not where can I get the wheels from? ... show more
