It adds a punch of moisture and really helps to soothe my super dry skin along with reducing puffiness. It also helps to reduce fine lines. I found that this formula didn't cause any irritation. I have been running on limited sleep for the last two weeks because of a new puppy and this cream has really given my eyes a break.
