It took a couple of long weeks to get it. It was delivered on time and the delivery guy were good. I had tried to keep my 8 year old Whirlpool frig going but it was getting to that point where it was no longer cost effective . I had to put everything in the 25 year old beer frig down in the barn and that was getting old. I had the delivery gut leave it at the back steps and my neighbor and I brought it in to the kitchen. Easy assembly and hook up. With in a little over two hours I had ice cubes. In five hours the freezer was at -4.5 and the frig section was at 35. At 24 hrs later the frig is purring along and it's pretty quiet. It fits pretty good where the old one was. For a basic frig, so far it's, a good deal. Update later. ... show more

I would give Zero Stars, Refrigerator stopped working after warranty and the moving crew destroyed one of my steps bringing in the refrigerator i will never buy anything like this from Amazon again just go to lowes or home depot at least the workers they use know how to move the equipment without causing damage to your property. ... show more

I just bought this product on 12/24.2020. It only has a 1 year warranty!!! ONE YEAR!!! Well, it died yesterday after two years and two weeks. Never thought a refrigerator would only last 2 years. My advice to ya'll is spend your money elsewhere.

The shipping was faster than expected. I took a star due to the handles were difficult to install. The developer should put a metal insert for the screws. You had to muscle the screws in.

We secured this refrigerator to replace a 41 year-old refrigerator we kept in our garage. We liked that it was 'garage' rated, if you will. We didn't need an ice maker, and wanted to keep the same capacity size. This one fit the bill. In addition, for a small additional charge Amazon set this refrigerator up (including switching the side the handles are on for easier access in our garage) and removed our old unit. I purchased the fridge 7/20/2022. The freezer overfreezes. Today 10/05/2023 the fridge is no longer getting cold. Which I noticed a few days ago. But confirmed today. Single lady not a lot of wear and tear. Do not purchase this fridge.

This refrigerator stopped cooling completely and the setting is on 7, the freezer is soften the food , this unit is defective from day one was delivered. I have asked for a replacement or return on 8/5/22 and still up to date have not receive any response, bad brand and very bad AMAZON customer service. I am living with my old better running fridge until get answer from the seller for a replacement or repair. Do not buy and waste your money. BAD BAD BAD REFRIGERATOR! ... show more
