I like the size I like the look. I loved what I thought was a good value. I did not read the fine print and realized once it has been running for a couple of days that this is a MANUAL defrost fridge. I also did not realize there was no tray for eggs. Seal around freezer is leaky and it began to frost within 3 days. Had I thought it through a little further I would not have bought one with an automatic ice maker as it takes up a good chunk of space. I'm just okay with this purchase. ... show more

Upon the fridge being delivered an effort to install it was made. Once properly installed the fridge itself does not work. It does not turn on, the light doesn't turn on, no sounds are being made, it basically is just an oversized paper weight at this point. This fridge worked nicely for 3 months then add soon as the purchase warranty was done so was the fridge. Contacted customer service and was put through the ringer in order to get a servicemen. The service man arrived and came without tools and complained that he had to walk up 5 floors to give me service. He was a Kenmore tech and told me even if it needed service AF service has no parts for a winia appliance. He told me it was a manual defrost issue and instructed me to unplug the fridge for one day and remove all the food. I have purchased a five year warranty and I'm not going to pursue getting a new one because the customer service is not customer friendly. I don't have money for a new one and Amazon can't get me a refund. Hats my winia experience! ... show more

The refrigerator was delivered 3 day ago. It runs good so far with no problems and it is quiet. We are pleased with the appearance, the price, and all so far. I give most everything only four stars because there can always be improvement.

This is a mess. Showed up dented. Loud grinding sound that Winia warranty department repeatedly fails to address. It's been 2 weeks and Winia STILL hasn't scheduled a repair tech.
