The wine refrigerator was delivered by UPS timely. The packaging was outstanding. To unpack, there were straps around the shipping container to cut but unboxing only required lifting the top cover straight up and you are left with the refrigerator sitting on a base. Easy to get a dolly under it and move it into the house and adjust the legs and slide it in. At that time we discovered that one of the pull out shelves had been mounted higher on one side so that when the shelf above it was pulled out it would rub on the bottle on the lopsided shelf. I sent pictures to the manufacturer who advised that the refrigerator would need to be replaced. The replacement arrived within a week. This seller always responded promptly to my emails. I recommend both the product and this seller, they are both outstanding! ... show more

The fridge worked great for about 8 months then the fan broke, just one of those freak things that can happen. Their customer service was so much more then what I expected. It was done via email and they offer to send the parts to fix it my self, receive a full refund or send a replacement but the replacement would have to be approved since the added expenses of shipping. I purchased this item and had a few questions and like others had mention the unit took a very long time to initially get cold. The manual supplied only has a customer service email (no phone number) which I tried and they never responded. Next step I took was to go to their website, which also doesn’t have a phone number only a section to submit a message; I left a message and no response. The manual does not include where/how to get replacement charcoal filters and does not include a part number. I am hoping this unit lasts a while but I will never buy something from this manufacturer again. ... show more
