For the price, it is cheap. But i dont know why ice is forming on the upper zone? Might need to clean the filters or something, but this shouldn’t happen on a wine chiller. Lower zone functions well but the upper zone couldnt reach the maximum coldness at all

Have trouble from day one. Did exactly what the instructions said to do but still having trouble. I can get the Lower section to go below 58 degrees while the top is registering 50 degrees. I have tried calling the "800" service number and can't get in touch with anyone. If I could, I'd send this unit back and spend a little more to buy from a local company and a better brand. ... show more

I purchased my NewAir AWR 180 DB 0n 6/04/2019 and after a couple of months it was having trouble staying cool. It would often get above 80 degrees which is horrible for wine. I called NewAir to find out what could be done and I was told that wine fridges usually only last 3-4 years before a new one should be purchased by a customer service rep which came as a complete surprise that they would say to this to me. There is nothing in their ad on Amazon that says this anywhere. I was told that they will send me a somewhat cheap looking plastic cooling fan and other part which needs to be fixed by a electrician at my own cost. This $1,500 wine fridge has not worked properly since. What a waste of money and lousy customer service. Please do not purchase anything from this company. The look and quality of this unit is awesome. Temperature is accurate in both zones. I placed it in my man's cave and even when I'm alone with no TV or music on, I can barely hear the fridge working, it's very quiet. The yellow lighting looks really sleek. The only downside I've seen so far is that large bottles of Pinot Noir or Champagne can only fit either in the top or bottom shelves, this means you may only have chance to accommodate 10-12 bottles of these type of wines, unless you remove one of the middle shelves to fit additional large bottles.
