Eliminates Wind Noise
Model: HERO 9 10 11
I have used this windscreen to film roller coasters, e.g. Expedition Everest and Incredicoaster, with no wind noise. I purchased this item in April and waited four months to write this review. Initially, the windscreen is a pain to put on but you get used to it quickly and it seems to loosen up enough to easily put on but no wind noise. To change batteries, I just pull back the one side of the windscreen and it takes seconds. I thought for certain that I would have ripped this by now but it is much more durable than expected. Go to the 2 minute mark on the video when the roller coaster starts to move. You will hear no wind noise.

One huge caveat
Model: HERO 9 10 11
It’s durable. It blocks a lot of wind noise up to a certain point. If the wind is blowing, noise blockage is at its best. If you are also moving fast, the the wind is that much stronger and you will hear it against the mics. The one huge caveat is this: you have 20 minutes, tops, before your GoPro shuts down due to overheating. Depending on your shooting conditions and needs, this might be perfect for you. Or not.

Gets The Job Done
Model: HERO 9 10 11
This doesn't fit as perfectly as the listing makes it seem to fit, but this gets the job done. It blocks the wind as promised, and it has no negative impact on the audio quality. The only thing keeping this from a perfect 5-star rating is the fitment.

The device is not cut flush for the GoPro10
Model: HERO 9 10 11
The appearance is poor and some cuts (for instance the screen) is very crooked. The front is not cut flush and starts to curl near the lens area. It looks very cheaply made and makes your GoPro look very ugly. However, it does the job it is supposed to - keep the wind noise out of your audio. It just does not look as tight of a fit as the picture advertised.

Perfect fit on the Hero 12
Model: HERO 9 10 11
This cover lines up perfectly with the Hero 12. Unsurprisingly, it does a fantastic job of cutting wind noise in videos. As there are times when I’ll be putting my GoPro in an underwater housing, stick in “dead cats” just wouldn’t be a great fit. As I mainly use my GoPro for mountain biking and snow skiing, I’m not terribly worried about overheating with the cover on.

Works Great!
Model: HERO 9 10 11
I just bought this product and used it for the first time Friday 10-01-2021. It works great and does its job by keeping wind noise to nearly nothing! I just my GoPro for mountain biking and I can catch some serious speeds. The first video I recorded with my go pro was without this product and the wind noise was terrible. After buying this and trying it out there was a very, very, big difference. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it. I will updated this product review if anything changes.

Noisy!
Model: HERO 9 10 11
No difference in wind noise with or without this cover. Car videos with the GoPro mounted outside are as loud as ever. Maybe they changed the material because it is very easy to install. The foam is thin and malleable. Offers no benefit in terms of wind noise.
