This sunscreen designed to the specs of my 2017 Forester fits perfectly. It presses tightly against the windshield, held in place with the visors. Folds up easily. It is SO much better than the accordion-fold type of sunscreen, which in my experience always sag and allow a lot of light through.

I never realized how much I needed a fitted windshield sunshade until I tried this one. The temperature goes into the 100s every summer where I live and I never realized how much heat the generic sun shades were letting in. This shade fits my windshield from corner to corner and the thick material blocks out the heat so well. The velcro strip helps keep it in place and ensures as much sun is blocked out as possible. It is a bit hard to fold since the material is thick and the storage bag is a tight squeeze, but I rarely have passengers so I just toss it into the back seat when I am driving. 10/10 hands down.

The fitment is just perfect, covers whole windshield evenly without transmission of much around the perimeter. Velcro strap around rear view mirror keeps alignment straight and secures it closer to the glass. Closer the cover to the glass of the windshield better heat shielding and protection from the sun and excessive heat on Florida hot days. High quality materials, easily foldable but follow instructions and suggest to practice a few times, not easy to fold at first due to thickness of the cover. Head resistance is just phenomenal, dashboard is cool to touch. Without this cover it was unbearable to touch the dash. Due to foldable and round shape, able to store it between seat belt pillar and front seat, any of the two, right under the seat belt retraction location. Very easy to use and to store, occupies very little space. Very pleased with quality and efficiency of this windshield cover, planning to buy similar covers for the rest of the family vehicles.
