I've been looking for a decent umbrella for ages. Where I live, we get some serious wind during our "storm season," and let's just say I've sacrificed more than a few umbrellas to the wind gods. They just flip inside out instantly. This one feels different, though. It seems much sturdier than the cheap ones I usually end up buying. While I haven't deliberately stood out in hurricane-force winds with it yet (and hopefully won't have to!), it's handled the regular windy, rainy days like a champ. It feels solid, and I'm actually optimistic it will hold up when things get really blustery. Besides the wind resistance, it's just a great little umbrella. The push-button open and close is super convenient, especially when you're trying to get in the car quickly without getting soaked. It gives good coverage from the rain, and maybe the best part is how small it folds down. It fits perfectly in that little pocket on my car door, so it's always there when I need it. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It does what it claims, it's easy to use, and it stores away neatly.

This compact umbrella is a very good n for the following reasons: 1) This umbrella is a nice compact size and can fit into carryon luggage, a briefcase, or very large purse; 2) When opened it provides full coverage for an adult; and 3) The umbrella comes with a fabric cover and additional storage case. The one thing from my experience was when closing I expected the button to also allow one to close the umbrella, but I ended up having to manually close the umbrella. However, that was not a major problem, and the umbrella folded up and works well.

This umbrella has a very strong opening mechanism. I clicked it in high wind and rain yesterday, and it shot right open. There were no issues with wind bending the supports. A second click on the same button causes it to collapse. Very convenient. It doesn't get as small as my old travel umbrella, but it fits in my car door pocket easily and it is much more robust. The price is also good.

I've had umbrellas destroyed by wind and this one has held up so far. This umbrella is distinct in how it approaches wind resistance. It's not made of one solid piece of fabric. There's 2 parts to it, and it allows wind to flow more freely while still protecting you from rain. It's pretty compact so it's easy of me to take to work and add it to my work laptop backpack. It definitely works perfectly as an umbrella and the water beads and rolls off of the fabric. It opens easily and closes easily too. I tested the open and close with my elementary aged kids and they were fine with it.

The "compact" description is accurate. When folded, this umbrella is quite small and easily fits into my backpack or hide it in the car. It's also lightweight, which is a big plus for travel. The one-click automatic open and close mechanism works smoothly and reliably. It's very convenient, especially when getting in and out of cars or buildings. The button is easy to press, and the umbrella opens and closes quickly. The umbrella is advertised as windproof. I've used it in moderate winds, and it held up well. The reinforced fiberglass ribs seem sturdy and didn't invert. However, I haven't tested it in extremely strong winds, so I can't speak to its performance in those conditions. The canopy material is a tightly woven fabric that effectively repels water. The water beads up and rolls off easily, and the umbrella dries quickly. The handle has a comfortable, ergonomic design with a non-slip grip. It's easy to hold, even when wet. While compact when folded, the canopy is a bit smaller than a full-sized umbrella when open. It provides adequate coverage for one person, but it might not be ideal for two people or for very heavy rain. While the automatic close function works well, the final step of manually pushing the shaft closed requires a bit of effort. It's not difficult, but it's not as effortless as some other automatic umbrellas I've used. I've only been using the umbrella for a few weeks, so I can't speak to its long-term durability. However, the construction seems reasonably solid.
