Does a good job at keeping it cool but it’s best if used in a small area, like one room. When put on the coldest setting it leaks water out of the back. Not sure how normal that is.

    • Leaks pools of water onto floor, and humidifier function doesn't work
Very disappointing product. Doesn't work as a humidifier at all. Instead, it leaves a pool of water underneath it where the melted water drips out. And, the return window was only 30 days, during which time we didn't even need the huidifier yet, because it was purchased for our son's college dorm to combat the dry air. So, by the time he used it and found it to be defective, the return window already had expired. When a product has season-specific functions, it seems unfair for the return window to only be 30 days long. ... show more
