These are very long. They work quite well. I would like them better if they had that little push thing at the end to keep them closed when not being used. Also, they are quite shiny, which may be handy if you often grill in the dark.

The “standard” tongs are flimsy, they were barely adequate for the bone-in ribeye we grilled over the weekend. and forget using it to safely tend to the grates and coals of the grill. For home-cooks or professional kitchens, order cheaper and better quality from webstaurant.com

They ended up being smaller than I expected. The stainless steel quality feels okay, but the tongs themselves are pretty flimsy. There’s no sliding ring to lock them closed, which is a bit inconvenient for storage. However, at only $2 each, it’s hard to complain too much.
