Features

  • Features Monstrum's proprietary LPVO optics assembly with true 1x sight picture, 1-8x variable first focal plane magnification, generous eye relief, and ultra-forgiving eye box - with performance unmatched at its price point.
  • Extra low Dispersion (ED) glass - more commonly found in high end camera lenses and binoculars - reducing chromatic aberration and providing superior color contrast and sharper image quality. With added anti-reflective lens coating treatment for our brightest and highest quality sight picture yet
  • Easy access uncapped windage and elevation adjustments with locking turrets. Functionally designed with precise 1/2 MOA/click (MOA version) or 0.2 MIL/click (MIL version) adjustments.
  • Rehauled illumination mechanism with multiple brightness intensities - offering true daylight bright reticle illumination at the highest setting
  • New reticle offerings including the Morpheus MOA, Morpheus MIL, and CM8 reticle -designed for both fast target acquisition at 1x and precise ranging at longer distances. First focal plane reticles shrink and enlarge in proportion to the magnification so ranging information remains consistent across all magnifications - 1 MOA hashmark = 1 MOA regardless of magnification.

  • Quality LPVO indeed.
Style: Morpheus MOA Reticle
This is a great LPVO for range use. It is sturdy, not too heavy but heavy enough to feel just right. The glass is nice with a great reticle at all 8 magnification levels. Nice mount with built bubble level that’s a great bonus built in. The zoom is firm but smooth especially once mounted and torqued appropriately. The illumination is plenty bright in daylight even just on 3rd brightness level. Easy to zero and holds it solid on my 5.56. The pop up turrets are fantastic as they easily turn with crisp audible clicks then lock down tight. I can hit matchbooks at 100 yards and nickels at 50 as long as I do my part. For the price point of two bills it’s an excellent value for the money. There’s a good eye box and and the 1x has no distortion so it works pretty much like a red dot with a big lit outline circle and sub 1 moa dot in the center of the crosshair reticle. I like it on 3 to 4x out at 50 and it’ll support a decent shooter out to 200 yards just fine. Could it reach out farther? Probably but I haven’t tried that as an east coaster I don’t have that access. In short, it’s well worth it and comparable to primary arms and vortex that go for twice the cost. ... show more

  • Blown Away, Performs Like a High-End LPVO Without the Price Tag
Style: Morpheus MOA Reticle
I wasn’t expecting Nightforce performance, but honestly? This scope punches way above its price point! The clarity is crisp, eye relief is generous, and at 1x it runs like a proper red dot with both eyes open. That’s huge because most budget LPVOs fall flat right there. I ran a few hundred rounds through it, and it held zero like a champ. Turrets are tight, adjustments track, and the whole thing feels rock solid. For the price, this thing is an absolute steal! If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and snag one. You won’t regret it! Really hoping Monstrum eventually offers some modular throw lever options for this line. The one it comes with is solid and low profile, but I’d love to see something with a bit more grip or height available down the line! ... show more

  • Best budget lpvo I've dealt with wont regret.
Style: CM8 Reticle
Great scope for the price. Right out the box was nearly perfectly zero'd in. Have it on a 308 and handles the recoil no issues holding zero. Very nice reticle design. Its not to heavy compared to other scopes only reason for 4 stars and not five is the brightness of the illuminated reticle in full sun on the highest setting you barely can tell its on. Nice eye relief found mine to be about 3.5-4inch on 8x zoom and over 5inchs on 1x zoom. Zoom easily adjust between powers and well built. ... show more

  • Great Beast
Style: CM8 Reticle
This scope is indeed a Beast. I'm not looking for Olympic Gold with this scope, just needed something well mannered for plinking. 1x8 adjustability provides what I need out to 200 yards. Great adjustment caps, pull out to modify, push in to lock. Easy to install with the provided mount. Good eye relief. Adjustable lighted, FFP reticle. And it comes with a great, lifetime warranty. All this at a reasonable price. Great features at a reasonable price. What's not to like? ... show more

  • I couldnt ask for anything more
Style: MM5 Reticle
I am building up a plinker 10/22 to do some 25 yard steel challenges. Originally I ordered a Holosun red dot with 3x magnifier. I liked it but didnt like the look of it on the Ruger. So I moved them to another rifle and decided to get my first LPVO. I wanted something "inexpensive" as this wasnt going to be a true competition rifle with higher end scopes that Im used to. And at 25 yards, I just wanted some clarity with decent controls, FFP, and magnification. Ill be honest, I wasnt expecting much at this price range. But when I got the box open, I was really impressed. Build quality is decent enough. The fact that it came with a solid mount was a bonus. I didnt mind that it came with a bra cover either. Flip ups would have been nice, but at this price anything was acceptable. It came with a decent amount of tools also. Using the scope has its upsides and downsides. The clicks are actually decent. However, the dot for placement of the dial is extremely small. Using the dial is easy though. Slide up to change, push down to lock. Its not incredibly smooth, but its not gritty either. Love the fact that it comes with a tool to remove the turret to zero it in less than a minute. If you lose the tool, or dont bring it with you, a quarter would work as well. The magnification ring is very stiff. Its not something youre going to try to do very quickly. I pretty much set it at 5x and leave it. The reticle is accurate enough. However, when zoomed in, the crosshair is very thick, and at longer distance, could cover the target. That being said, the fact that its got multiple levels of lighting is incredible. It works excellent at an indoor range so far. I wouldnt hesitate to get another one of these. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. So, even with some of the possible negative things, I cant take away any stars. I'm really enjoying this thing. ... show more

Style: CM8 Reticle
I purchased this for my AR 15 and I can say without question, it’s the one budget item that I’ve purchased that I do not regret. It has kept zero for six months without having to be adjusted and the glass is as clear as can be. What really makes it awesome is it comes with a pic rail mount for a piggyback red dot that you can place on top. ... show more
