This box was very heavy, obviously, and arrived clearly thrown around in the truck or during shipping. One corner was completely collapsed. Upon opening it. That corner was scratched. It was not packaged correctly. It was damaged so bad that the inside shelf was upside down and backwards. The keypad would not work. Only the key works. And even if the keypad worked the outside of this, and inside of this is made very cheaply. Because of the weight, and the poor packaging and the damage. It’s not something you could just drop off and return. As it is very heavy and I guess they realize that if they just ship this bad product. No one is going to return it, so it’s just a loss for the customer. Like I said, even if it wasn’t damage, it is very cheaply made. Even the slide down for the key opening was broken and that was protected. It won’t go up. I threw this away in my recycle can. There is no way to package it and return it in the broken box with this weight! ... show more

I was hoping for better quality but for the price it makes sense. The size was nice but all the weight was in the door. The front interface was rickety and made it even worse for quality. This product arrived damaged. I took a chance, although all the reviews warned me. I thought maybe it was just their luck. The door was busted in so that it was in the frame and could not open and the face of the safe was cracked and chipping paint. The corners were dented in. CHEAP QUALITY. The safe didn’t even OPEN. I didn’t expect to bring out my tools when I received this. The door was literally hanging off when I got it out of the box. It took me 35 minutes to fix this. As other reviews stated, the door is what is heavy, everything else is super lightweight and basically cheap. I attached proof of how the door came. Just buy something better quality ... show more
