Very happy with the stools, not so much with the assembly. I have assembled more household furniture than I can count without issue, but I really struggled putting this together and had my daughter finish it. She also struggled with the instructions, but did get it done after an hour or so. These are very sturdy and fit perfectly under my kitchen counter overhang and are perfect for young kids to sit at when the dining room chairs are all occupied. Easy to assemble. Appear sturdy so far in fact I would say that are actually sturdier once assembled that you might think upon unpacking everything. The "engineered wood" looks very plastic like and not realistic, in my opinion. At some point I may source a slab of "actual wood" and carve new seat tops.
