This outfit is absolutely perfect for the '80s rock n glow party on the carnival Cruise. I did get a 3XL when I usually wear a 1X and it fit perfectly so it does run a little small . If your hippie like me definitely get the three XL because the tutu was a little tight but it fit the only thing that was a little bit large was the length of the shirt. Which is no big deal cuz I can just tuck it in or cut it off. I paired this with an '80s rock and roll wig and some neon yellow shoes and I also purchased neon UV glow in the dark makeup and fingernail polish to complete the ensemble! Everything came in together, my set had no missing pieces. My Fanny pack worked like a charm, I got many compliments on the costume. The only things you need to supply are the leggings and socks/shoes. Other reviews said the tutu was too small, and I think it’s perfect. It’s definitely a “one size fits all” (stretchy band) but we all know that there are limitations. I’m about 167# 5’3 and wear size 12 jeans and medium to large shirts (36E) and I got the XL set (based off other reviews and sizing chart) and it couldn’t have fit better. I also don’t like super tight shirts because of my bust so this gave plenty of room. If you like tight shirts go smaller but for the style and fit I was looking for this suited me just right. I wore this costume to a party for about 5-6 hours and it was comfortable all night, I did take my gloves off at one point as the night was ending but not due to discomfort, just got tired of the feeling of my hands in a glove. As expected, it was a cheaply made costume with layers of discomfort. The material was brightly colored, don't get me wrong. I stood out all night! But this was supposed to be a 3xl, and it was more like a 1xl. The fit is one of those "one size fits incorrectly, beware" types. The material was scratchy - and I mean ALL of it, even the gloves. After reading the reviews I was worried about sizing. I'm typically an XL but I did size up to a 2XL and I'm glad. The shirt fits great, just loose enough to be slouchy but not baggy. It came with a short and long set of gloves. The bracelets are tight on my arms, but they stretch so I'm wrapping them around a bottle for a few days in hope of resizing them. The color is vibrant and after washing, the sticker of the lips in the T-shirt didn’t fall off so that’s a plus. The quality is good and it stretches. The jewelry is good plastic. The fit was true to size. The material is comfortable, not itchy.
