A few people left reviews saying these bands break quickly, so I was hesitant to buy them. I have been using them the past couple weeks though with no issues! I use them for hip thrusts and often use the red and the blue together, so they are under a lot of tension, but so far they have held up great! I will update if anything changes 😂 ... show more

Theses bands are sturdy, priced right, and work great as part of a home gym; There are many online videos showing exercises which can be done using these bands. I only wish that the manufacturer would include a poster showing exercises for different areas of the body utilizing the bands.
