I was hoping that when I bounced the balls that they would bounce in every direction. They just bounced. I was hoping to use for my clients and have a bounding quick effect making them need to move faster in every direction. This was a disappointment. As a coach, I'm always looking for fun products that help keep practice and training fun. We have a few HECOstix and thought we'd give these a try because of the price. After using them for about 15 minutes, the paint literally started running and smeared onto my fingers. After a few drops and missed catches, we noticed the paint coming off all over them and revealing the yellow foam underneath. I'll be returning them and spending the extra money on more hecostix because they've lasted us over 2 years and still look brand new! ... show more

I don't know, the quality seems good, but I wish there was some sort of guide book giving ideas on how these should be used. Doesn't require rocket science to figure it out but still was hoping for ideas on different drills that could spur some creativity on my end. Ultimately, not sure how good this is for hand eye coordination or reflex training. I was hoping to use this to increase reaction time and reflexed for quicker hands in pickleball but unsure if it's effective. ... show more
