Wanted something lightweight that would provide shade easily. This is for a viewing area that is somewhat distant from the house. A cabana might have been a possibility, except it would block the view from the house or other areas of the lawn. There is a lot of sun, and intermittent strong wind, so a quick rescue by a not very strong person might be necessary. I had this style in my head and was pleased to find this model. It is exactly what I wanted, seems sturdy enough, and is not so heavy that it can’t be easily dragged to a more protected area. Pros: I really like the design and the color. One reviewer complained that the wicker is plastic but it looks real enough to suit me. There’s plenty of lounging room, and my 6 ft. husband fits into it just fine. Cushions are comfortable. Cons: not a walk in the park putting it together. It helps to read/look at the instructions and sort the nuts and bolts properly. The info is right there, pay attention. Having two people helps as the curved sections are a bit of a challenge to orient properly. The small wrenches provided work, but they are a bit wussy. The seat is a bit low even for 5’4” person, certainly for a 6’. I will be adding a second firm cushion of the same size. Will also be adding a sturdier and sun resistant cover to the cushions. Shipping was quick, packing was fine, delivery was perfect. I’m happy enough to give 5*, despite the cons.

Love it! I originally bought this to add to our outdoor seating area, but my kids became so obsessed with it, they begged me to keep it inside. It has transformed our living space and now gives it such relaxing, cool vibes. We love hanging out and reading in it. Pretty easy to put together and super sturdy. Only downside is (with kids) I’ll especially need covers for the cushion.

This chair is super cute and surprisingly comfortable. It little difficult to put together but I think if I had a helper it would have been easier. Chair was packaged very well, came with tiny wrench and allen wrench, but I used one that had that had a slightly smaller head, which made assembly easier for me. Unfortunately the screw holes on my top piece don’t line up in the back, but it’s hardly noticeable. I know it’s intended for outdoor use, but I had a big void in my living room and didn’t want to buy just an average accent chair. I wanted a statement piece and I got it!
