I used this tape to hold up the ceiling "base" that had to be screwed onto the ceiling. The fixture then slides onto that base, you turn the fixture to the right and it locks into place The base on the ceiling kept moving so I taped it to hold it still while I screwed it to the ceiling. Worked!

I used this for so many things. I held up the trays I bought for my shower, for shampoo and conditioner. I attached mop and broom clips to the side of a free-standing pantry closet instead of the supplied screws. I attached a file folder organizer to the inside of my kitchen cabinet to hold foil, wax paper and baggie boxes. I stuck a piece to the side wall of the under-sink cabinet to hold my garbage disposal tool. It holds my china plates up straight in the back of my china closet. The doors are tight and every time I used to open it, I feared they would topple and break. Every day I have a new use. It holds up well to humidity, it is removable, just find a piece and stretch to remove or twist the attached item. ... show more

This tape seems to hold good, but it is as stretchy as panty hose! I needed about an inch and a half to do the job and as expected it clung to a finger tip while adhering. What was not expected was how stretchy the tape was. It stretched to about 2 inches while installing. In trying to roll the tape back up neatly on the roll was impossible because of the stretchiness. Neatness is extremely important to me, but you can't be neat with this stretchy stuff. It stretches in all directions. I bought to use for some temporary shades, they are very strong, and they will rip paint and plaster off your walls. Use small strips for your items and if you need to remove use a scraper, maybe heat it up a bit to loosen from the wall. Idk but it works veeeeery well, love it just test it on a small area and figure out out not to strip paint and compound from your walls. ... show more

First off I will say this tape holds remarkably well-but that is the problem. This stuff is almost permanent tape. Not easy to remove and no possible way is it reusable. I have used it in a number of places and it's a nightmare to unstick. I have had to cut it with a razor to get off and then clean up the residue. Be careful what you use it on.
