The media could not be loaded. The truck is fun to use but my biggest complaint is the loose steering. It works good too but I can grab the front tires and with very little force push them side to side and watch it flex in the hub. Other than that it's decently fast for a cheaper AWD rc truck and fun to drive. Comes with spare links and shock. Definitely made a little cheaper than what I'm used to. I have a big rock for comparison. I would recommend it for someone younger or starting out with rc bashing. Also would make a good mini basher that you don't care if it breaks or not. The shocks will need oil if it's possible to service them. ... show more

I had high expectations for this rc it is overall really well built and designed.maybe mine was just a lemon? I installed a fully charged battery I put new batteries on the remote and for some reason the rc drives forward without pressing on the remote for it to go forward. I tried both ways. I tried turning on the remote first then the rc but as soon as it links it drives forward on its own. I then turn on the rc first then the remote and same issue . the car is fast besides that one issue. it's really fun and has great speed mine unfortunately is always on the move. ... show more

    • It's pretty fast
I like that it's upgradeable but it of the box this car is pretty fast. It has brakes and steering and acceleration is fully proportional. The price is around the same as others in its class and after riding it hard in the street, it looked pretty good and nothing was broken or fell off. The batteries last a good time before having to charge them. This rides in uncut grass decent enough to race against other 1/16 cars at a nice speed. At 50 bucks, this is a pretty fast car but I have other cars that are rare in the grass but costs about fifty percent more. I do recommend this car for backyard racing against other 1/16 cars ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've been driving RC trucks for some time now and have found some real winners here on Amazon. I was hoping this one would be up on the leader board, however there are a few concerns I have with this package. The remote feels cheaper than the others, you do need to hold the power button on for a few seconds to turn on. The remote does have speed and steering trim, glad it does because my truck came with one wheel out of alignment and I'll need to dissemble the wheel to see if I can make a correction to it. Compared to other 1:18 scale trucks this one is a little bit smaller than expected (see picture of two 1:18 scale trucks side by side), It drives good except for the drift due to wheel alignment ( see picture). Even after using the trim, going in reverse has a good drift to one side. Package does come with extra parts, that's not common. 2 batteries 7,4v 1200mah so run time is good. It does fairly well off road but again does not take the jumps and turns as well as I hoped due to size. When turning sharply the truck will spin around so easily. At 40km it is fast and lots of fun, but in my experience needs some work to be a 4-5 star. ... show more

It’s fast and seems to be good quality. I like that it comes with 2 batteries for longer run time. It also comes with a lot of spare parts. I think that’s great, but my initial thought was why did they include so many extra parts? It is almost like they are expecting me to bash the car while driving and break it. The headlights are a nice touch, but are not too bright unless you look at them head on. The transmitter is also good. My only complaint might be for just the one I received. I’m not sure if you can see it in my pictures, but the front right wheel doesn’t seem quite right. I can adjust it to drive straight with the trim, but the wheel is still cocked at a funny angle. I opened mine out of the box and charged the batteries, hooked up everything and the vehicle would just automatically go without using the remote. Ended up not being able to give it to my child due to the fact that it was uncontrollable.
