This looked like a great wine cooler? Unfortunately it was just mediocre. According to the manual that came with the wine cooler, it said that pulling the wine fridge gasket wasps be easy without any problems, unfortunately as I was attempting to pull the gasket from the door so I could install the handle I accidentally damaged the seal and stopped so as not to completely ruin the seal. The fridge is keeping the wine cool and looks ok. Wish I had looked into American made coolers, this unit is manufactured in China 🤬

The wine cooler is 5 star; the delivery is 1 star. This is a beautiful wine cooler that, so far, after only two weeks, is operating perfectly well. It seems well designed with a reversible handle, multiple lighting choices, bamboo slide-out racks and depth allowing extra wine storage if needed. The set up was easy, it looks really classy, and runs VERY quietly. The directions on switching the sides on the door handle lacked a step or two but I figured it out. I was hesitatant to order because this was a more expensive unit from a manufacturer that was unknown to me and there were only a handful of reviews. However, I'm glad I chose this one. Again, I've had limited time to judge. I did take exception to their choice of delivery companies. This did not come from Amazon but was shipped by FedEx. They delivered it six (6) days earlier than they said they would, and then left it in the middle of the driveway, late in the afternoon on a Saturday, outdoors on a 20 degree day!! It was delivered without notice, without ringing my doorbell, without a text or email, that the product had been dropped off and just left. Fortunately, we were home and found the product when my wife went out to the garage for another reason. Totally irresponsible. I contacted Amazon to express my displeasue and they were very supportive and helpful in their response. This is just another in a series of delivery SNAFUs I've experienced with FedEx. Be aware this will not be delivered by Amazon in the usual way and their communications are not trustworthy.
