Ohh my goodness. This is day one on this dry cat food after Purina discontinued its Beyond line of products. I put it in their feeder and some crackers in the bowl before their regular feeding time, and my dudes both showed up and chowed on it immediately. They loved it. One of them dined while the other waited in line, and they both got back in line behind each other to stuff their gullets again. To their servant (me), this food smelled fresh. Sophia 9yrs old does not like any fish, yeah she's weird...3 months old purrs while chomping on freeze dried minnows. Sophia suffers kidney issues & itchy skin so I tend to give as much grain free & holistic products that I can. I mixed this with another grain free brand & the holistic brand (which is at trader joe's). As always bonus resealable bag but I transfer to glass. At about $2 more than theater whole paws is still a great deal. It's sitting in a bowl in the kitchen while they sniff around and get used to the new smells. ... show more

Good size and healthy ingredients like grain free. I mix with the boys sheba and add water so he gets water intake. Cats need water and mine won't touch a drop unless it's flavored. He dug right in at 13 years old I try to do the best I can for my boy. Always add water or your male cat will have urinary issues. ... show more

My cats LOVE this!! I get sick at the smell of seafood and upon opening the bag, the strong smell of seafood is instant letting you know there is a lot of seafood in this product! So much so, it is the first two ingredients! My cats come running at the sound of the bag opening!

    • It seems to taste good, and it is a healthy choice for my cat.
I just bought this for my cat and he loves it. He is over weight and the fact that it is grain free will help him to lose weight in a moderate amount. I was able to feed this to him straight; I didn't have to mix it with his old kibble, which was convenient.

This kibble is evenly sized. Small, and seems fresh. It is round, and does roll if it is dropped. I have this kibble for a single cat that is a bit picky, and I will admit she will eat, but is not her favorite.

my outside cats were not thrilled with it so I ended up feeding it to the wild birds they liked it, it smells like chemicals, not food. the pieces are really small.
