Replacing one of the screen protectors that came with my Thinborne Aramid Fiber case (which I absolutely love). Initial installation was certainly easy enough but left quite a few bubbles that needed to be worked out. With a little time and effort they all came out and the screen is almost 100 percent covered as opposed to the thinborne protector which left uncomfortably large gaps beteen the case and itself. I found working on the bubbles then letting sit for a few minutes really got the job done.     • Screen protectors defective
I have been purchasing the screen protectors for the iPhone which have been flawless in love with them. Every time I crack my screen I purchase an extra one just to be sure. I can always have a great display and also for my secondary phone. My Samsung Galaxy, they're great. But for the pixel I've purchased two kinds this model which did not adhere to the glass very well had swirl marks and bubbles that never disappeared. Figured it could have been what I did so I redid the display again with the secondary one and it was horrible. Purchased the glue on tight and had the same experience.     • Easy to Install, but very poor application.
I have been using Whitestone Dome screen protectors for a long time, right from my Pixel 3 pro era. Even I used it for my Pixel 7 Pro, but, this is the first time I opted for EA, because the regular liquid application is complicated. But, I was wrong, thinking WSD would be good for EA. The application was super easy, follow the process and you're done. But, I got too many bubbles, but I know with a little massage and 24-42 hours would settle down. So after installation, I did a little massage and left it overnight. The next morning a few bubbles disappeared, so I was happy, but some annoying big bubbles were stuck in the middle of the phone. So I massaged a little more and waited for another day, the situation didn't improve much and I am permanently stuck with a couple of bubbles. Since I have another one, I thought let's give it a few more days, and if the bubbles persist I can try the second one. But, another very annoying thing forced me to change my mind. The sensitivity went drained, and even after I increased the sensitivity I was still lots of times on a keyboard that needed to click the keys multiple times to register, thank GOD Google Pixel 8 Pro face recognition finally improvised a lot so I am not using fingerprint a lot like Pixel 7 Pro, but fingerprint also not registering without applying it for a couple of times and that frustrated me. Web browsing, fingerprint, and all other things sensitivity got down to the drain, so I am not going recommend and probably return for regular WSD one. ... show more

    • Overall good screen protector
Coming for a Pixel 6 Pro I was nice not to have to deal with the extra steps of the resin and UV lights of the Whites dome style they offer. I also liked that this has full coverage of the screen and no cut out or notch for the camera. My previous protector that had one and didn't like the amount of dust and dirt that would get caught in it. Some cons I noticed were it did take some time to get the last few bubble out, and it does seem to hold finger prints more then without it on. Otherwise it feels nice to use. ... show more

    • Bad adhesive on sides
The quality of Whitestone has gone down. While this was easy to install, the adhesive on the edges have failed and there are large bubble gaps near corners and edges after applying this screen protector. Also, I have a 30% failure rate of the finger print sensor even with the increased sensitivity. I do not recommend this protector ... show more

    • Great fit and installation process
Very impressed by this screen protector! I like that there is no camera cutout, the thumb print reader works better than my last IMBZBK screen protector. I also don't mind the black borders on the edge of the protector too much. It was a bit difficult getting all of the bubbles out after installation, but putting pressure on the bubbles worked to clear up my screen and get rid of all of the bubbles. Will update my review if the screen cracks randomly of if I start to notice micro scratches. ... show more

I went through multiple other screen protectors for the pixel 8 pro before. Eventually seeing a YouTube review on this one and ordering immediately. It has by far the most user-friendly installation process of any screen protector I've ever used, as All you have to do is install the plastic cover over the phone and it perfectly centers the screen protector for you. There were three large bubbles on the screen after installation which I was worried wouldn't go away, however, over the course of 48 hours they slowly decreased in size until they were completely gone!
